Terms of Service

By registering for, accessing, or using Haneen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Haneen is operated by Haneen Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Haneen Inc.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Haneen. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Haneen is an invite-only platform. You may only register if you have received a valid referral code from an existing member. We reserve the right to decline or revoke any membership at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@haneen.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You may not create more than one account, impersonate any person, or provide false information during registration.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other members
• Post content that is discriminatory, sexually explicit without consent, or otherwise unlawful
• Misrepresent yourself, your identity, or your intentions
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation or spam
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Share another member's personal information without their explicit consent

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Haneen. By submitting content, you grant Haneen Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

We do not sell your content to third parties. We do not use your content to train AI models without explicit consent.

Haneen offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("Haneen Plus") at the rates published on our pricing page. Prices are quoted in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Beta founding members (the first 100 registered users) receive 6 months of full Plus access at no charge from their registration date. No credit card is required during the beta period. At the end of the beta period, you will be notified by email and invited to subscribe or move to the free tier.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Please see our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

Haneen collects values and beliefs data as part of the matching process. This may include information relating to political views, religious beliefs, and lifestyle preferences. This data is classified as sensitive under applicable data protection law. By completing the values assessment, you explicitly consent to us processing this data for the purpose of providing the matching service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, form a relationship, or that any match will be compatible with you. Dating outcomes are inherently uncertain.

We are not responsible for the conduct of other members, whether online or offline. Exercise your own judgement when meeting someone in person.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haneen Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@haneen.app or through your account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
